Overwatch Optics stands behind our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, please reach out to us directly. We will exchange, give store credit, or refund you up to 30 days from date of purchase. Products must be returned in original packaging and with all parts it originally shipped with.

 

CUSTOMER MUST CONTACT US AND INITIATE AN RMA FOR ANY RETURNS. 

CUSTOMER MUST PAY RETURN SHIPPING FOR NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS. 

Products determined to be defective WITHIN 30 days from date of purchase will be sent a prepaid shipping label. 

Products determined to NOT be defective WITHIN 30 days from date of purchase will be refunded MINUS the cost of shipping. 

Products determined to be defective AFTER 30 days from date of purchase will fall under limited lifetime warranty. (Please see details under LLW) 

Unwanted products after 30 days from date of purchased ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Our order management system will not accept returns after 30 days.

Third party service providers would entail services that develop email blast campaigns, social media advertisement, etc. 

Your information WILL NOT be given, sold, or shared to marketing companies to promote or sell other products other than those controlled by Overwatch Optics or a partner site.
